Salmon fishing

I took my visiting friends to the shores near the DIPAC hatchery where salmon were returning to spawn.  High on the banks of the Gastineau Channel, it was challenging to land and then release the salmon.  Tommy and Sylvia each caught 6-8 salmon each!  They are not very good to eat at this time of year, so all were returned to the channel.
